***********I’m a longtime VRF (vintagerolexforum.com) member in good standing. Please note that while this watch is in precisely the same configuration as purchased and serviced by RSC Dallas the clasp code of “DT10” predates the serial number of this watch. I don’t have an explanation for this other than it must have been replaced by the original owner at some point.*********** I bought this “Z” serial Rolex Seadweller 16600 from the original owner in February 2012. The original owner had purchased it brand new in May 2007 from Fourtane Jewelers, a Rolex authorized dealer in Carmel-By-The-Sea, CA. Immediately after purchasing this watch I sent it to RSC Dallas to have it serviced and it has not been worn since. This watch comes with its outer box, inner box, chronometer certification with Fourtane Jewelers stamped on it along with the name of the original owner and the purchase date of 5/5/07, Rolex Submariner booklet, Your Rolex Oyster booklet, Factory Service booklet, green Rolex wallet containing the Rolex “Buehlmann Table card, Rolex Ref. 2100 screwdriver tool and diver’s extension with two spare links (placed in foldover pocket seen in picture 17 rather than where it’s seen in the uploaded pictures, which is picture 18), polishing cloth, pillow cushion, two tags and Rolex service box which contains the following: Rolex service paperwork along with “International Service Guarantee” card, “Important Reminder” hangtag, original credit card service payment receipt and additional spare link (for a total of 3 spare links including the diver’s extension) and original Rolex “Care Of Your Rolex” envelope addressed to me which has the Rolex “A 10-Step Guide” booklet and “Dear Valued Customer” card inside. The serial number on all documents align, as it should. Please note that my street address and other personally sensitive information will be blacked out on all applicable material. The hacking 3135 automatic movement with quickset date function runs strong, keeps accurate time and the date wheel rolls over at 12 am. The quickset date function works flawlessly by unscrewing the screwdown crown, pulling it out to the first position and then turning it clockwise until the desired date has been reached. Once a month I’ll give the crown around 40 full winds which tends to generate an approximate 45-48 hour power reserve period. The screwdown crown unscrews and screws back down perfectly as it should and winds buttery smooth. Despite this watch having been serviced in March 2012 and not wearing it since a complete overhaul is recommended to ensure the movement’s health for years to come.This watch measures approximately 40 mm excluding the crown, approximately 44 mm including the crown and approximately 20 mm between the lugs. Case thickness, measured from the bottom of the case back to the top of the bezel, is approximately 12.5 mm. Including the crystal thickness measures approximately 14 mm. This watch comes on a 13 link 93160A bracelet showing no stretch. Please note that while this watch is in precisely the same configuration as purchased and serviced by RSC Dallas the clasp code of “DT10” predates the serial number of this watch. I don’t have an explanation for this other than it must have been replaced by the original owner at some point. Although the movement runs strong and keeps accurate time there are no warranties, express or implied, attached with the sale of this watch.
